Turkey cutlets?

Any ideas on a good dinner I could make with turkey cutlets?  My husband picked them up, and I know that could probably just treat them like chicken, but I was hoping someone would have something yummy to tell me about.

I actually cook mine like I would pork chops frequently.  They need to be covered because they will dry out and you need to season a little more than you would chicken.  I usually marinate them in something - anything you would use on any other meat - and then put what ever other seasonings I want on when I put them in the pan.  I cover tightly with foil and bake.  You can grill as well but they tend to get a little dry.
