Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Guinness Chipotle Chili

1 lb. 93% fat free ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Plain Niblets Corn
14 oz. With Lime Juice and Cilantro Mexican Festival Diced Tomatoes
14 oz. Tomatoes Crushed Plum
11 1/5 oz. Guinness stout
1 chipotle pepper, minced
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 serving Corn Masa Harina Flour

Recipe Directions for Turkey Guinness Chipotle Chili

  1. Heat a pot with olive oil.

  2. Brown turkey meat. Add onion and garlic and brown.

  3. Make an opening in the center and add spices and chipotle. Stir to toast spices and then add tomatoes, rotel, and beer. boil, then simmer for fifteen minutes. Add water if needed to keep it fluid.

  4. Add peppers, corn, salt, lime juice masa flour. Reduce heat and cook on low until peppers are soft.

  5. Serve topped with cilantro, cheddar cheese, sour cream with corn chips.
