| 330 | grams ground turkey, 7% fat |
| 2 | tbsp tomato paste |
| 5 | medium mushrooms, diced |
| 1 | red bell pepper, diced |
| 1 | white onion, diced |
| 1 | tbsp chicken bulion |
| 4 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | carrots, diced |
| 2 | roma tomatoes, diced |
- brown turkey with garlic and onion
- add lentils and tomato paste, along with 1C water
- saute veggies and add to pot
- simmer 10 minutes and then stew for 20
