Tastes great and not as bad for you. Pretty basic.
| 2 | lbs ground turkey |
| 1 | cup onion, chopped |
| 4 | egg whites |
| 1 | cup salsa |
| 1/2 | cup oatmeal, uncooked |
| 1/2 | tsp black pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1/2 | cup ketchup |
Mix all but ketchup. Cover top with ketchup and bake at 350F. I make the meatloaf in a muffin tin so I get 12 equal portions measured out and it cooks faster then a big chunk.
