What do you put on your turkey sand intead of mayo?

So far grey poupon is the best fat free alternative I can find for a fat free topping on a turkey sand.  What's your favorite?

I like sweet-hot mustard.  Fat-free italian salad dressing can be delicious also.
I like just plain red wine vinegar...but only if it is on a harder roll or bread...rather like a soft slice of wheat or white
I like wasabi mustard or plain old yellow mustard.  Honey dijon is good too (I'm a mustard fan, obviously!)

Otherwise, hummus is delightful as well.  I use it instead of mayo with tuna all the time... but it goes with just about anything!  :)
Cranberry sauce is yummy, fat free, and low cal.
Blend tofu, blue cheese, and a little balsamic.  Not fat free, but really healthy.  Definitely a good choice if you are maintaining.

Chunky salsa (only 10 cal for 2 Tbsp), Low Carb BBQ sauce (15 cal), or lemon pepper.
cranberry sauce sounds great!  i think i'm going to try that for lunch tomorrow!
I do one of two things:

Freshly ground black pepper - tons of it
Laughing Cow cheese (it spreads so nicely)
sweet pepper relish and a laughing cow cheese wedge- garlic and herb flavored

or honey mustard :)
oh, sometimes when I'm feeling creative for a quick dinner I make a turkey sandwich with tomatoes, basil, oregano, parsley, italian dressing and parmesean cheese. I just put it on the George Forman for a minute and it's delicious!
nothing--- just turkey and a half a piece of cheese!!!

Honey Mustard--on 10 calories a tsp.
Thousand Island Dressing (the regular kind, not fat free or low fat) only has 50 cals per tablespoon.
honey mustard
I only use mustard... I am not a huge mayo fan but Hungry Girl suggests Best Foods Dijonnaise instead of mayonaise.

Mustard is your best bet for flavor yet essentially no fat or calories.

However, I would personally suggest avocado. It adds a delicious creaminess to the sandwich and has GOOD fats. Everyone here is so scared of fat but fat is VITAL for proper body functioning.

Also, there are Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges. They only have 2 grams of fat per wedge. And they are delicious and creamy! The flavors are swiss, garlic & herb, and french onion. Oh, and you could also use fat-free or low-fat cream cheese for a good mayo substitute.
Lettuce, tomato, and red pepper. : P
I like Hellman's Dijonnaise.  It's creamy like mayo but only 5 calories a teaspoon.  I also like Hellman's Light Mayonnaise.
