Does anyone know of any exercises I can do at home that will *tone* my inner thighs?

I have one my physical therapist taught me.  Lay on the floor on your side, lift the leg on top and put that foot on the floor by your knee so you toe is pointing away from your body (if you flexible enough try putting the foot up by your hip for better stretching).  then lift the leg on the bottom up towards the ceiling.  You don't have to move that leg far if you can get it 6-12 inch off the floor you doing well.  Do three sets of 12 or however many you can handle.  It works great for strengthing your inner thigh and giving support to your knees.

OOh OOH, another one I learned that is really easy to do at home too.  If you have a small rubber ball, like one of those ones that little kids have with cinderella on them (or even a soccer ball work), put that between your knees and squeeze while doing several sets of wall sits.  That one is a real thigh burner.
