turning 40 wanting to lose 50

Hey all

turning 40 this month and want to lose the excess weight for good. anyone in this boat  and wanting to join me? starting tomorrow and going to really try.  love to work out but love to eat more!  will need to check in every day to make it work .

Not exactly in your boat, but last year, I decided I wanted to give myself a present of 50 fewer pounds for my 50th birthday. And I did!

Hi Pamwam, I am turning 42 this month and am on my way to lose 50 pounds too!!! I started at 178.5 today i am 168.5 since august 1st...my goal is 128!! so i will add you as a friend !! what day is your b-day? mine's the 26th. as i say this time i'm in it to win it lol
