TV's Biggest Loser Before/After slideshow - Wow

I found this VERY motivational.  Its a slideshow of side by side before & after photos of the TV show Biggest Losers.  Each also provides a diet tip.  Its promoting the start of the new season which I believe is tonight.

I know I seen that earlier, it was amazing! I can't believe that some of those people look so darn hot now. MOTIVATION !!

Thanks for sharing that Sun.  When I get whiny and discouraged  about the weight I need to lose, I just look at pictures of those contestants.  Those people are such an motivation and an inspiration too!

That really is amazing!  I love that show!  I am so excited to watch the new season.  I think it is very motivational!  I actually just went out and bought the book! LOL!  Just wanted to see what it was all about.  I love seeing before and after pictures and reading the success of other people.  It gives me hope!
