two easy no guilt sweetie treaties

cheesecake in a cup:
1c cottage cheese
1 splenda
sprinkly with cinnamon
crumble a low fat grahm cracker on top


oats & apple pie pouchbake:
make a foil pouch
slice or dice an apple
sprinkle with oats
sprinkle with cinnamon
one splenda if you really like it sweet
bake at 325 5-10 minutes just to heat it up

Those certainly are easy.  Must try my cottage cheese like that soon.
I've never been a cottage cheese fan....haven't had any in years!

if the texture freaks you out go and throw that cheesecake thing in the blender (add crackers on top last)

spatula it out in a coffee mug and throw it in the freezer for a few minutes

cheescake ice cream!

also works with coco powder but i like to add a bit more sweetner to that. sweeten to taste.

I've just made the cheesecake... mmm looks so good! Bring on dinner so I can eat it for dessert!
oh my!  i wasn't feeling the cottage cheese texture thing either until antoinette mentioned blending it up.  the cocoa in there pretty much solidified my sheer excitement.  that sounds sooo goood!
