Hi everyone,
It's day two of my new lifestyle choices and I'm feeling great!
This morning, I woke up at 6:30 and went for a walk around my neighborhood, which lasted about 10 minutes. I was able to be up before most people and enjoyed the cool fall air, as well as the beautiful sunrise. It has been forever since I've been up early enough to see a sunrise!
When I got back home, I ate breakfast, consisting of 3 tbsp egg whites, 1/2 pc whole wheat pita bread, and 1 red plum, and 16 oz of water.
I came to work about an hour early and have made such good progress today.
I'm now on my lunch, eating 1/2 red bell pepper, 1 cup spinach with lemon juice and a dash of pepper. I've drank about 72 oz of water at this time. Whoo hoo! :)
Tonight for dinner I'll have 1/2 pc turkey breast, either 1/2 cup whole wheat penne or 1/2 cup brown rice, and 1 cup baby spinach with 1/2 cup grape tomatoes. Sounds delicious doesn't it. ;)
