Can I do these two programs together?

I am doing Power 90, can I also add in c25k 3 days a week or is this too much?

you can try it! your body will tell you if its too much strain. i run 3days a week (just did my first 5k), weight lift 3xwk and do other cardio 2 or 3 times a week.

I weight lift 4-6 times a week...surf-4-5 times a week...skate-board 2 times a week  and do 3 sessions cardio a week.  I ice and give plenty of re-coup time.

 

That said there time when I take 3 days in a row off and sleep like a rock.

 

Then back to t he workouts.  But I listen to what my body says.

Thanks all! This is my first week of Power 90, so I am a little sore. I am planning to add the C25k next week.
