Two steps forward - two steps back
I'm starting my 3rd week of CC, and when I weighed myself this morning, I had REGAINED the two pounds I lost the first week! Darn it all! I know I was bad yesterday (I ate some KFC), and I know it's only a minor setback. I am still motivated, but 2 pounds is 2 pounds! It's nothing but GOOD stuff for me this week - and some kind of exercise every day.

I think that is a good attitude, the best thing to do is to get right back on the wagon, even if you went crazy and ate 10000 calories, if you get back n the wagon the next day, it is FAR better than splurging 2000 for a month!!!
