okay let me first apologize, cas this post is somewhat graphic. last night, my parents started to freak about my dieting. i got upset, and ate myself into a frenzy. finishing the day off at about 2500-3000. today i vowed to eat 1000-1200. but my mom made me go to my cousins birthday party, which i ate ..
fruit and dip,
crackers and cheese,
chips and dip
desserts, etc.
so today i probably totaled up to 2500-3000. AHHH
tomorrow i have a soccer game so i cant starve myself, any suggestions. how can i make up for this HORRIBLE weekend!

oh and the graphic part that i forgot to mention was that after each time i ate, i had "intestinal problems" .. yuck
lol, too bad about the yelling parents and "intestinal problems'. well, don't worry, we've all binged. (myself included!) just go back to the diet and start fresh and forget about it. you'll probably have gained a couple of pounds of water weight, and maybe 1 pound of fat (depending on how much you burned those days) but you'll be back on track within a few days.
just make sure not to starve yourself - eat healthy, work out, and you'll do fine!

Your parents were upset because you are already too thin (I see by your picture) and still trying to lose weight. I'd be worried about my daughter too if she did that.
You made unhealthy food choices for no good reason. You need to begin eating a healthy diet every day with calories adequate to nourish your still growing and active body.

I dont think you need to lose more weight I think you look perfect right now.. As for the binge, yeah we all do it, just dust yourself off and try again!
As for what to do about your binge...well, it's the past, so just get back on track with a sound daily diet, like others have already said.
The REAL problem here is finding another solution for when you get upset, instead of food binging. Sit down, think about it, and come up with a pre-plan of action of how to deal with things when you get upset.
