How did u all do?

Quote  |  Reply

Well, we made it through one Holiday...sigh one more to go! How did everyone do with their eating and working out? I will be the first to say that in the eating catagory I failed miserably! I did manage to get a few short runs in but my eating was out of control. I was definitely hurting during Body Step yesterday!

How did everyone else do???

Happy, Healthy and maybe a little heavier,

Jenn

thanks for your post.  I am finally back on track.  I ate more than I usually do during this holiday season and I am paying for it.  I really feel terrible.  I think I am going through some withdrawals from all the sugar that I finally stopped eating.  I managed to get a few workouts in, but I am sure ready to get back to regular classes that start Monday.  It has been a rough year for me and I am ready for a new year and a new direction.

Where do you take classes?

I take classes at the Dunedin Community Center.  I have done Jazzercise for 25 years.  I love it.  Classes are Mon, Tues, Thurs and Saturday morning @ 9:15 AM.  They use a resist-a-ball on Sat.  It really works core muscles.  Where are you?

I am at Lifestyles over in Citrus Park. We have all the Les Mills classes: Body Step, Flow, Pump etc. They are intense. I am not consistent though. It seems my lazy behavior takes over. I like running too!
