Are u a day eater or a night eater?
i love eating all day i snack and eat whenever, however my hubby works all day and gets home typically around 730 so thats dinner time!
i am typically not even hungry at this time but i eat bc i cooked a meal and it taste great but i know this is where i pack the pounds on!
i need to learn to leave food on my plate!! i tried not putting much food on my plate but i suck at controlling myself there- eyes bigger then stomach! but im trying to get ahold of myself at this time!
so do u eat all day or wait till night?
- hubby makes fun of me cause im always eating but if i can then ya i eat all throughout the day bc my body wants it then! Can u relate?

I eat as early as 7am, and as late as 11pm. As long as I space my meals correctly and have room in my daily calories I will eat anything extra at anytime really.
I do tend to eat less carbs, fats, and sugars at night though.
Well... I only eat 2 meals a day: one between the hours of 12:15 & 1:15pm and the other between the hours of 6 and 7:30pm... but after this second meal I do not eat ANYTHING ELSE until the next day at 12:15... so I guess I would say I am a day eater? Not quite sure!
I'm mostly an afternoon eater actually... I have breakfast, then don't eat anything until lunch, but I tend to get VERY hungry in the afternoon and graze more than I should, so then I'm not really hungry at dinner time because I'm still full. And I never eat after dinner unless I'm really starving.
i'm definitely a day eater. i'm usually most hungry around 11 or noonish, but sometimes it depends on the day. it sounds weird, but a lot of times, at night i'm not in the "mood" to eat, haha. strange, i know.
i'm usually really hungry during the day.. at night i don't even think about food. i can stay up until like 4 am and not crave anything!
I'm a day eater. I eat non-stop all day but when night comes, I just stop.
I eat in a pretty regular 'routine' with meals spaced out throughout the day and evening but I am probably a 'day' eater as this is when I get all my cravings...after I have my dinner (about 7pm) I stop getting cravings or hunger...but during the day it is soo tempting to walk down the road and get a chocolate bar! Arrgh!

Depends. I eat low-cal really filling meals during the day sometimes, and then I realize I need to eat more calories, so sometimes I splurge at night. Ooorr I budget 750 calories for dinner and my dinner turns out to be less then that, and I feel like spending the extra calories after dinner. Otherwise, I like to have everything evenly spaced out, and I avoid eating past 10PM. (Helps me sleep soo much better.)
Man, if my hubby was doing that, I'd give him the look of doom, and a very stern talking to. >:0 I actually worry more so about being made fun of by my dad when I have to splurge at night after dinner. "Didn't you just eat?!" would make me feel so embarrassed. "Well, yes, but I need more calories.." and then comes the lecture of "You should eat more during the day!" Indeed, I should, but I don't want a lecture. @_@
I usually eat between late morning say 11:00 am to the latest being 7:00 pm or at least I try.
I use to eat mainly at night I felt if I saved up for night I would be less likely to binge between the hours of being up and going to bed. I feel I'm more satisfied with myself since I turned it around and not nearly as starved. It really is best to have breakfast...or at least in my case "brunch."![]()
I'm a night eater at heart, but I attempt to make most/all my foods consumed during the day.

Anyway, I usually eat my first meal of the day anywhere from 2 PM to 4 PM, and then my second meal is at 7 PM to 9 PM.
i eat breakfast at 6-7 am, and then lunch at 11:30. i sometimes have a snack between dinner, but not often, and i have dinner at 6-7 pm, and then i have a snack at 9-11 pm. with all this, i'm really not sure what type of eater i am, but this is on a good day for me.
but on a bad day/binge day, i'm an afternoon eater. i eat breakfast and lunch and dinner the same times as above, but if i binge, i eat non-stop from 3:00 to 6:00 and sometimes even after.
my good days are fine, but i need to find a way to learn to deal with the bad days without resorting to binging.
I'm more of a night eater but I've been focusing on actually eating breakfast. The days I do eat breakfast I find I'm MUCH MUCH less (or not even at all) tempted to binge.
Breakfast- 9a, Lunch- 1p, Snack-6p, Dinner- 9p
I'm a terrible night eater, and will binge if I don't leave myself at least 500 calories to work with after dinner. I try to have breakfast, graze on light foods throughout the day, then usually leave 800 or so calories for dinner/evening snacking. Makes me much less likely to binge in the evening :)
I'm most definitely a night eater, I think it's because it's colder at night thus leading me to binge more at night. Also during the day I have things to do and that keeps my mind off food for a while too, wheras at night I'm mostly bored and surfing the web aimlessly so I tend to think of food a lot and binge on whatever's in reach. :/

I'm a day-eater. A morning-eater, really. My schedule usually goes like this:
~500 calories by 10:30 am.
~900 calories by 2:00 pm.
~1300 calories by 5:30 pm.
And then I am done. I tell myself not to eat, and I don't. And that's that.
I am definitely a night eater...work during the day keeps me busy cause we can't have food of drink at our desk, so at night I go nuts!
