i had my big breakfast of whole wheat waffles with fruit and no sugar syrup...and I lifted weights for about an hour and 10 min and then i whent for a 15min bike ride around my neighborhood. When i came back i made a whey proten shake (like 1/4 cup whey protein, 1/2 banana and some milk). even after that im stuffed. those things are realy filling. Its now about 2:45 and I guess that shake was my lunch. Will I be ok just having a realy big dinner? Cuz i need to eat more to gain muscle or should I just eat some more now?

its kind of obvious that you need to eat more ....Protein.
yep, eat more.
i personally have to gain weight too, but im sick of the all the science and techinality of the gaining process. i just eat normally, exersize moderatly, and lift weights every other day. i also lift thinggs in my yard. So far ive gained more than a pound just doing this alone. most of which im assuming is muscle.
of course my goal is not to be buff or big. i just want to reach 118- 120 and be done with it, then maintain.
