I want to lose weight but I don't know how. I don't know what foods to eat, which are good which are bad. I am vegan so I eat pretty healthy already I try to stick to whole grains when I eat pasta, breads, ect.. I am also trying to get more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I am about 5 ft 3 and I weigh (the highest of my life) 138. I want to get back down to 120 which is my happiest weight. I don't know how many calories I should eat either. Someone please help? Thanks!
