I gain it again in the afternoon or in the day after! I always watch my calories, excercise, eat healthy food. Gahh. Do you think my body just doesn't like skinny thighs? Dx

I'm scared that my body is unable to change because I have a natural skinny stomache while my thighs are huuuuge man. :\

i have the saaame problem as you, thin little torso, then these legs which dont match my body at alll! its a real piss off. ive tried really really hard to loose it but doing mad cardio but then i just get skinnier because you loose up to down so i still look stick then with bigger legs. i was able to loose an inch or so. use an elliptical. and go backwards on them it really helps.

Me too. My thighs and legs are large compared to my naturally spare  stomach. I guess I just have more fat cells there. I've read that another thing you can do is ice skating, especially skating backwards. I assume that this just tones the muscle underneath so that the thighs just look more shapely and firm. 

Well at least we can take comfort in the fact that it's far healthier to have fat on the thighs and legs than on the stomach. I guess that's the silver lining. And also, thighs are easier to camoflage with a skirt.  :)

True True, but its easier to lose stomache fat then thigh fat. :|

ARGH! I know how you feel! Except when I gain any weight what so ever, it builds up on my hips and my thighs blub out! Thighs are so hard to work out. I managed it once though (yes, there is hope!) I even managed to get rid of cellulite !(I am now one with the stretch marks, might as well live with 'em lol)

What worked for moi:
  Exercise ball, put it between your ankles and do the bridge.
  Squeeze ball.
  Adjust yourself so that you can feel your hamstrings/inner thighs "burning."
  Works your bum too!Laughing

Other ideas: (If you don't have a exercise ball or access to gym)
 
 Lunges. Squats. Running/StairMaster (I hate elliptical s, they do **** all for me). Weights that strap on your ankles and walk with them. Lunge with them, god sakes do something with them! lol

Its also worth noting that exercise can make your thighs meet in the middle + for some people given pelvis size its natural. I'm not that tall a male but you'd agree 9,5 is far from fat but my thighs still meet in the middle.

 

There is one place you want there to be fat.  Your knees.  About 10 years ago, for some reason my knees lost fat, and now they can't be placed on each other when I'm sleeping.  Very annoying (although I guess I'm used to it by now).
