Right Ive got a feeling that Im going to need to up my calorie intake soon. Isnt it true that when your REALLY underweight and at the beginning of weight gain you can gain on a certain amount, and then when you reach a certain weight you need to eat more to gain the last bit?

I was 83 5ft5, now Im 101 (still 5ft5) in 8 weeks. Im on roughly 3000-3200 a day.

Advice?

If your weight-gain has slowed to less than 1/2lb a week then increase your intake by 500 cals.

Good job with the progress. It really depends and actually for me since I have refed in the past it has differed each time. Sometimes I would go hyper metabolic that during the day I would be dripping in sweat and sometimes it did not happen. I have no idea why but staying in the day of what you need to do is key. Are you seeing a nutritionist? When the weight gain slows like gi stated that is the need for more calories or if one is not eating enough no matter what.

It's going to be different from everyone. I would say up it for like a week then track your progress. If you see a HOOOOGE change then back it to where it was and if your still slowing then up it a little more. Its highly personal, which i think it highly awesome!
