uh oh... ANOTHER problem here!
So... I had a big hearty breakfast this morning before a big exam. Exam went well, then I had lunch. Now after logging everything I'm almost at 1600 calories!! and it's only 1:30! I usually only try to intake 1400 cals and now, not only am I over, but I still have to get through the rest of the day!
WHAT DO I DO?! I can't just stop eating-- I'll be starving!

One day will not set you back, so don't worry.
It is definitely not the end of the world. One day going over your calorie count will not = weight gain. And it is actually good for your metabolism to have the odd varience in your calorie intake.
Don't starve yourself or you'll just eat too much tomorrow!
Continue the day with healthy food choices - maybe some exercise if you have the time. And don't stress out!
I agree. Continue normally. Choose fruit and vegetables as snacks. Make something healthy for supper. Hit the gym or go for a walk to burn a few of the extra calories consumed. Zig Zagging can be good, keep your body guessing.
