My nutrition analysis thing says that I got 6 grams of protein today. That's so little! An egg has like 6 g! suggestions for something high in protein low in calories?

Chicken and Fish
check out the website nutritiondata.com you can do searchs for food items that fit your criteria.  If your not a meat eater get some kind of protein powder and make shakes for breakfast.  I get vanilla flavor EAS protien at costco, use one scoop plus a cup of milk and some fruit.  Tasty and quick with a big protein blast.
jageorge, thanks and yeah I'd love to get protein powder and make shakes but I live in Bosnia and you can't find that like anywhere.. except for this body building stuff..
Even the body building stuff is pretty good though you most likely will not need the recommended dosage.  Just talk to the people at the store and let them know you are only interested in upping your daily protein and they will help you decide how much to use.

Nuts are a great source of protein and whole grains are usually pretty adequate as well.
I eat egg-beater omelets with low fat cheese, mushrooms, spinach and just a little deli turkey for dinner on nights when I need to up my protein.  The whole thing comes in at under 200 calories, it's HUGE and fills me up, and it has around 30g of protein.
