I hadn't thought that with the majority of people being americans i would find someone who lived even remotely near me.

Yay for the UK! Looks like I'm the first scouser to write on this wall at least, but I spend 7 months in Bournemouth so I don't even properly count...And cost of living isn't that high, outside of london at least. It all depends where you live.
Ie, In Liverpool, 50cl water is £0.30 (~$0.60)
In Bournemouth, 50cl water is £0.50 ($1)

In London, I've seen bottles of the same size going for £1.50. Thats 5 times as much as it is in 'pool! Still, most of my friends would kill to live there, it is seen as the centre of everything (as opposed to Bournemouth, which is the centre of nothing. Still love it though - statistically the happiest place in England (pfft))

Hi I live in the Highlands of Scotland, originally from Renfrew. My BF is from Washington State he wants to come and live here and I want to go and live there  A case of us both thinking the grass is greener on the other side....wonder who will have their way?
