So, I checked the scale finally and in just two short weeks I have dropped 8.5 lbs, which is huge for me. Now, I know that is a big drop but I'm sure I will drop weight a little faster at first since I have so much to lose and I don't expect that kind of a result each weigh in but damn I'm proud...

Well done, Aaron! Yes, big drops often happen in the beginning, but you know what? I lost 1 pound last week and I'm still proud as can be. Even those single pound losses really add up. So when you start seeing smaller losses, you be just as proud!
