Umm.. amazing low cal dessert!

OMG.  Why didn't I think of this before?  I just took PB2 by itself.  Made two servings and mixed it with half a sweetener packet (stevia for me) and stuck it in the freezer for a bit.  Freezing it made it a little thicker and more ice cream like (I guess) and it was delicious!  Only 100 calories and it's so satisfying!

Any special/different way you prepare your PB2?

what is PB2 and where do you get it? how much is a serving and what are the calories?

I made a superyummy dessert tonight that shocked me by only having 133 cals/serving.  The recipe is here: http://caloriecount.about.com/orange-spanish- cream-recipe-r189593   Basically, it's a custard-y pudding with a lovely orange flavour.  We grated a tiny bit of dark chocolate on top (upping the calorie count by about 10 cals).  The sugar count is pretty high (since the calories all come from sugar, milk, orange juice and eggs) so it's not for the carb-sensitive but the servings were pretty big and it was GOOD!

I'm a fan of bryers no sugar added slow churned vanilla w/ 2 tbsp of s/f chocolate syrup and a tbsp of better n butter it's so good and = 145 cal. Also I take 2 chocolate crunch rice cakes and a chocolate vanilla swirl s/f jell-o pudding cup and make a sandwich type thing out of it and freeze it for like 10 mins it is good and satisfies completely and = 180 calories. I also make a milkshake using 1/2 c bryers no sugar added vanilla, 2 to 3 oz of 8th continent light original soy milk( 2 oz makes your shake thicker, 3 a little less thick), 2 tbsp s/f chocolate syrup and a tbsp of better n butter and blend it for a wonderful shake that = 158 calories. Also for wonderful low cal ideas check out www.hungry-girl.comand I highly recommend the cook book!

I like to mix PB2 with sugar free pancake syrup (in place of water) and then dip fruit (apples, bananas...) in it, put it on toaster waffles, dip toasted pita/tortilla strips in it...

I love PB2.

What helps my sweet tooth is Edy's real fruit ice cream bars.  They have a variety pack so I get a choice of flavors.  It's basically a creamsicle.  I have the snack size so it is basically a normal size popsicle but it only 45 calories.  :)

Lately I have been mixing mine with apple butter and fat free cottage cheese to top whole wheat english muffins... really yummy! :)

Is there a good place to buy PB2 online?

This stuff sound really cool. I just bought some from the belleplantation website. This is really strange because this stuff is only sold at Hyvee grocery stores in very rural areas. I live in Chicago and usually we have everything! I hope it's good. I ordered the chocolate too:) Yum

I love this ice cream too - but the serving is 1/2 cup for 180 calories -  how do you get 145?

I just read the container, it says 80 calories per 1/2 c on it lol .no sugar added double churned vanilla is 80 calories and 4 grams of fat
