It's probably just water weight from the extra cals, sodium, etc. drinks lots of water stay at your cal target and you'll be good!

Relax. It could be a number of things - your period, you're retaining water after high sodium consumption, you're constipated, etc. Just keep doing what you're doing and things should get back to normal soon.

ok I'll try but in the oast this sort of thing never happened. Gosh I was doing so well this just seems so discouraging....

Stop weighing yourself so often... all it's going to do is drive you crazy seeing your daily fluctuations. Weigh yourself once a week and that's IT. It could be something as simple as you consumed slightly more sodium and retained more water the day before you weighed heavier. Just keep eating clean and living a healthy lifestyle and weigh yourself once a week and you will be just fine :).

I don't know about that.....so is it normal then to fluctuate 2 pounds in two days then?

Yes. You obviously didn't gain two pounds of fat (do you think you really took in 7000 EXTRA calories?). It's just water weight. You'll be fine :).

It is completely normal for your weight to fluctuate.

When I weigh myself in the morning, its about 4 lbs less than it is when I weigh myself at night. Do you ever weigh different throughout the day? Its normal. NOTHING to worry about.

I know you fluctuate during the day....but every morning I weighed one pound more....what the heck. And I do feel like I'm jigglier in places.

It's water weight.  Like nike said, you would have to have eaten an extra 7000 calories in those 2 days to gain two pounds of fat.  I fluctuate by 2 pounds all the time.  It's usually on days that I have eaten more processed foods.  All I have to do is really watch the sodium for the next couple days, be sure I get some good exercise in and I go right back down to my original weight.

Where would you jiggle if you did indeed gain two pounds? o-o

I mean, I think it's more of a mental thing going on with you. If you're bloated, you might feel "soft," but two pounds wouldn't totally transform your body, let alone in more than one place.

I agree with everyone else. It's a weight fluctuation. It'll go down, and you'll be fine. :D
