Novice at adding recipes but here goes. Recipe represents 1 cup of mountain high lowfat plain yogurt and 1 cup lowfat buttermilk, combined with one half package of Uncle Dan's classic ranch dressing, serving size is the combined average of 1 cup (made serving size 2 to achieve this). So not to confuse anyone 1/4 cup of dressing should equal approximately 32 calories, and 5 calories from fat. Not able to find data on the dry uncle dan's, probably near zero on calories but high in sodium. Had to omit the uncle dan's from the ingredients list or system would not validate the nutrition facts.
