Hey!
Are there any tummy-fulling breakfasts under 200 calories?

Slim fast or an energy bar.
BTW its best to consume most of your calories at the begining of the day (you will burn the calories throughout the day and be less prone to store it at night)
fruit salad, or parfait.
egg white omelettes or quaker weight control oatmeal
So it's better to eat alot of calories in the morning than opposed to lunch?
Luna bars :D yum yum
you don't HAVE to eat more at breakfast, but it's recommended. however, i stay under 200 most days for breakfast and i'm fine as long as it's something high protein. i like egg beater egg whites with pepper, two pieces of reduced-calorie toast, and raspberry jam--about 150 calories.
Southbeach Southwestern breakfast wrap (frozen) 190 calorie, although I eat them for lunch (dont tell).
1 cup kashi go lean crunch (140) w/ 1/2 cup of skim milk (40)   total 180 + 13 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber  yay
I'm the odd one out - cheesy grits.  yum.  130 cals for one serving of instant grits (ok, ok, polenta. whatever.  corn mush) and another 30-60 cals for a small sprinkling of extra-sharp grated cheddar.  fills me up and keeps me full in amazing ways.  or:

egg sandwich.  2 slices low-cal bread = 110 cals.  1 medium-large egg = 70 cals, 1 slice nonfat american cheese = 25 cals.  so i'd be just over, at 205 cals.
2 packets of quaker oats reduced sugar oatmeal. it keeps me really full for a long time and it tastes delicious - 190 cal.
1 C Kashi Whole Grain Puffs (70cals)

1 C Light n Fit nonfat Vanilla Yogurt (80cals)

2 tsp Cinnamon (12cals)

Sometime I also add fruit, the past few days I added one small peach, cut into small peices, and 1/2 C of blackberries YUM!
Yeah, breakfast is important and It's not just the breakfast industry selling you on that.

When Sumo wrestlers start to fatten up, they go off breakfast.  That's the first step to making a fat sumo wrestler.

I like two pieces of fruit, like a banana and an orange, coffee, and a protein, like an egg, or a serving of sliced veggie "meats."  Keeps me going until lunch at 11:30.  It's around 250 - 300, but I make up for that at lunch.
I usually have 300 calories for breakfast - a bowl of cereal with 1% milk and a banana or some canned fruit fills me up nicely and keeps me satisfied until lunchtime. If I just have the cereal and milk, that's 200.
1/2 cup of regular old fashioned oatmeal cooked in 1 cup water, after the oats are cooked stir in 1/4 cup of pumpkin until heated through. Throw in bowl. Tada! I also add 2 packets sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, cinnamon and a tbsp. sf maple syrup but that is just my taste preference. around 170 cals

I really like the breakfast lean pockets, and they keep me full for quite a while.  (130 cals) I sometimes pair them up with a clementine or grapes.
Um, what are some breakfasts that aren't "calorie-reduced" ?
Because my family is ancient (LOL).
So we have the regular bread, regular 2% milk, regular everything!
So there isn't any of those Kashi cereals, or the nonfat stuff.
That's perfect. I have regular stuff. Altho maybe convince them to swtich to 1% milk after a while (its acutally better for you than full cream, not just for dieters and its the same price. tell them its got lower sat fat which is the bad stuff, higher calcium which you need to stop your bones breaking and higher protein keeping you fuller for longer). If you have eggs, you can make french toast! Try and get thin slices of normal wholemeal bread, and di[ in a mix of egg whites and a splash of milk, with splenda (if you have it) fry on a non=stick pan, and top with berries and a dob of yogurt. Look up australian recipes - we dont have low cal bread. My blog mini-spoons.blog.com has some ideas for unde 200, and uses australian stuff, so you shuold be able to find the same sort of things. Oats are VERY filling and low cal. Top with some milk and fruit and be on your way. or soak overnight in a bit of yougrt, with fruit, and it makes a cool, yummy breakfast. Or even an egg white omlette - if you only use the whites (or just one yolk) you can have a HUGE one for breakfast, and its good for you. Top with spinach and garlic or mushrooms.
oatmeal isn't calorie reduced, and if you have milk i'm sure you have water right? You also don't have to add pumpkin, you can just add cinnamon and that is good too.

LOL thanks!
How do you make oatmeal?
I only have the instant ones but its Brown Sugar flavor (don't like).
Sorry everyone!
I know I'm picky :(

Under 200 cals?!? Whoa, I would prolly pass out two minutes afterwards, I gotta get a nice hefty serving of cheesy oatmeal in me to last for about 2-3 hours thats about 300-450 cals...mmm cheesy oatmeal, cant get enough of the good stuff, "Cheesy Oatmeal! I DEMAND YOU to be on the table for breakfast tomorrow!"
