Underate, not sure what to do
Hi, so I am looking to maintain my weight. With finals coming around and practicing and classes, I have been sooo busy. These past two days, I have under-eaten--a lot. Yesterday, I even had a snack before bed to get more calories in. Today, I am SO FULL because I had a hard practice and drank a lot of fluids, not to mention I had soup. BUT- i am really under my cal intake. What should I do? Im so full but I am scared that my metabolism is very bad.

If you undereat for a day or so it's not the end of the world. Same as if you overeat for a day or two it's not either. Best tactic is to put the day behind you. Don't eat for the sake of eating if you're stuffed with drinks and soups. But plan your meals tomorrow more carefully rather than eating haphazardly. Literally sit down with a piece of paper and a pencil and map out your three meals and snacks for tomorrow. Start with a good breakfast and work out from there.
If undereating is a problem you struggle with more regularly then having a good structure to your eating patterns is even more important. Irregular eating habits can lead to all kinds of problems and a reduced metabolism would be the least of your worries. Even though you're soooo busy (aren't we all?) always give mealtimes and your health top priority. Best of luck.
