Undereating one day
What happens if you undereat one day out of the week?
I dont mean severely undereat, like under 1200 calories. But i mean if you're used to eating 2000, and one day you eat like 1500 or something.
Nothing bad would happen, right? If its only one day.

It wont affect your weightloss in any way? Not slow it down or speed it up or something?
I would think it would get you to your goal quicker. But by a half a pound a month only.
Thanks, just wanted to kind of "make up" for today, but not go to the extreme.
Then your sort of zig zagging your calories and as long as your not totally over then under eating I think it all averages out.
I personally look at my months average in the analysis as I look at my weight in the trend line.

zig zagging calories is a great way to lose weight! Just don't go too over or under and you'll be fine.
Yup, you're fine :) It's even okay to eat under 1200 every now and then. You should always try to eat over that of course, but if you're really sick and can't really take in much food, don't sweat it. Focus on getting better and just eat as much as your stomach can handle.
