I love this idea. This is the way to do it. You made me realize this is how I started this journey to begin with! I hadn't thought of it that way, per se. I started with a pledge to eat more fruits & veggies, and incorporate more exercise! Those are the two most important things for me. That, and not skipping meals.... so how about "More meals"?
And... More Fiber!
