Should I up my calorie intake?

When I joined I was 175lbs but now I am 141 (5' 6" tall) and I am still trying to loss a little bit more weight but I find eating just the 1300 calories a day is now leaving me very hungry before bed and ravenous in between meals. Should I increase it a little bit?
I have also noticed that my weight loss has slowed right down in the last 3 weeks as if my body really doesn't want to lose any more weight despite eating to my calorie plan.
I went from 168 to 135 eating closer to 1500-1600. I was doing cardio 2-3x/week, and lifting 2-3x/week.
I'd say eat a little more, and if you aren't already, start lifting.
I agree with amethystgirl. You may just need a jumpstart to your eating/exercise plan, so switching it up could be just the thing.
