What Can You Give Up in June? Sign Up by May 31

This is a pretty basic Challenge, you chose one or two things to Give Up from June 1 - June 30 - based on the fact that it takes 21 days to form a habit, you can chose to continue the one or two things the following months or reintroduce them, and give something else up...

For example: I will give up Cokes and Chips for the month of June

So you don't drink any cokes (soda) or eat any Chips, then July 1 you can either add them back or just continue not having any and Give Up something new...

This is a great way to get those things are harder for you to give up or make a habit of not eating/avoiding...

Sign Up By May 31 with what you are giving up:

1)Freedommommie: Soda and Chips

2)Stumbles: dried fruit

3) Shinybiscuit : white bread and whole milk

4) Ter295: Rich Breads

Count me in...im going to give up rich breads (my one vice) 

So....is everyone ready?

I put labels on all the containers of dried fruit that says "not for Mom".

Oh crap I'm one day late.

Well I wanna give up candy anyway.

I know this is late, but for the rest of June, I am giving up desserts.
How is everyone doing with their "commitment"?  I enjoy the accountablility that these challenges offer.

Write me up for carbonated beverages.
