What Can You Give Up in June? Sign Up by May 31
This is a pretty basic Challenge, you chose one or two things to Give Up from June 1 - June 30 - based on the fact that it takes 21 days to form a habit, you can chose to continue the one or two things the following months or reintroduce them, and give something else up...
For example: I will give up Cokes and Chips for the month of June
So you don't drink any cokes (soda) or eat any Chips, then July 1 you can either add them back or just continue not having any and Give Up something new...
This is a great way to get those things are harder for you to give up or make a habit of not eating/avoiding...
