Update: eating BMR for a month
and gained 1lb
Yep I gained one pound since the first of March to the first of April
Granted I have not measured myself and I do have some to compare and once I do that I will edit this post...
My BMR is 1400 and Ive eaten between 1400 and 1800 all month ( and about 3 days of 2000 cals) and according to my month average it is: 1387 cals a day
The only changes I did to my exercise routine was put on 1lb wrist weights because the 5lbs weights are light and took a 20lbs dumbbell weight to do dumbbell squats, and I am using the program on the treadmill to get me as high as 6mph back down to 4mph w/ different incline.
It could be muscle building up I think........... or have I really gained or plateaud...
Any suggestions is great~
EDIT: 1:10PM
I had looked at 03-01 to 04-01 and had gained a pound
now that I looked at last 30 entries from today Ive lost 2lbs (??)
Hi tini87 On the treadmill I walk/jog 2.5 miles in 30 minutes doing 2 mins walking and 3 mins jogging up until this week where I started using the program on it.... 3 days a week and 2 days i do 15 mins when I do my routine thats in my journal
On the treadmill it changes from 4mph to 6mph w/ different inclines from 0.5 to 8 and its pretty cool to get me challenged though i dont like the 4.5 mph... because for me its in the middle of fast walk to slow jog... so I put it down to 4mph
about calories again i cant back track to any days to remember where i ate more on.. trust me I did not eat under 1400 - i wonder should I go back down to 1200 but I dont care on the 1lb gain it was just an observation which I still have not measured myself :)
but will do soon.....
Don't provide information then ask questions relative to that information, if you won't provide proper information. So what the hell, eat 3000 calories a day, whatever makes you happy.
Yes Sir!
My advice would be to do your cardio a little longer and more frequently and start working out with much heavier weights. I promise you won't bulk up!
As far as the average goes, nobody's obsessed with it, it's just the fact that you'd been given faulty information which could hinder your weight loss and you kind of seemed to disregard it.
