I have a great one for inner thighs.

If you have a stepper sit on that..Ifnot sit on something low to the ground like a coffee table or something.  Bend your left leg, foot on the floor and extend your right leg with your toes pointed towards YOU.  Put your right leg out to the side and then slowly raise it  knee to knee.  concentrate on your inner thighs.  Do a few reps with each leg.  I love these!  A good one for the legs is get on all 4 and slowly extend one leg at a time, keep your foot flat not pointed (kinda like you have a tray on your foot)  squeeze your butt when you bring your leg up.  The more you concentrate on each movement the better the workout.
search for the post "legs" you will find a lot there!  the exercise I put above is one that has really worked well for me along with other exercises.  I have lost 2 inches from each thigh in a little over a month.
thank you =]

Ice Skating! OMG if u want amazing muscular thighs than u should definatly ice skate!
The best thing for thighs...  squats.  We hate to hear it but it is the best just make sure your back is straight and that your weight is on the BACK foot.  That helps zone what you are doing to your back thigh instead of all spread out and you will see result sooner!

Inner Thigs:

squants, but point your toes outward (think ballet)... down and up, down and up.. and sqweeezzzzee when you come up :)

I find they are awesome!

Also, lye on the floor on your side, extend on leg over the over. The one that is on the top should be over the under one, so that it is pointing in front of you, the bottom leg still in line with your upper body. Now lift your bottom leg.. GREAT workout.. kinda hard to explain
I think I get it....its hard to lift that bottom leg but what a workout!
I was doing some of these swiss balls moves that was on the chart. And they have dips. It is like a ball sqaut but you are sitting down. You roll down like you are dipping down. Not letting your butt touch the floor and roll back up.. I do 30 of these. You can really feet the burn after 10.
