Upping my calories... any advice?

Hey

I really must stop losing weight. I was quite happy at 134 lb and have come down to 126lb in just the last couple of months... not sure why, but I have relaxed a bit on my calories, so maybe it's the whole "eat more, lose weight" theory in play!

I am... 29 years old, 5'3", 126lb at last weigh, a UK size 8-10, still a 34DD after 50lb lost (hah!!) and REALLY in love with my body right now. I was never a slim teenager even so this is a lovely place for me. I'm not one of these people who think skinny=attractive, I don't want to have a BMI on the low end of normal any more than I want one on the high end of normal, I don't have any body issues, I am really happy and positively glow at myself when I look in the mirror. BUT I am still a bit obsessive about my food. I've been eating 1200-1400 for so long (I don't think this was undereating, due to my stats - I say I walk 1hr a day but nothing strenuous) I feel a bit panicky about eating more. I think about "putting it back on". This is probably silly.

Any good advice from people who've been there as to how the maintaining thing works out? And what I should realistically aim for calorie wise? Do I have to stick to a specific number accurately or should I throw calorie counting to the wind and just enjoy being the size I've always wanted to be? It's not like I want to start eating mcdonalds and other tasteless rubbish: I cook everything with joy and enthusiasm and I don't eat junk (I drink wine most days, that's my only real sin). I seem to be getting different answers everywhere.

According to CC you burn 1800 calories during a typical day, so up to 1800. You might see a little fluctuation of water but that's all it'll be and is a natural response.

You also might want to pay attention to the wine habit. Units add up in time.

Yeah I know... but wine is good for the soul. I usually only have one glass (175ml).
