upping my calories too lose, officially upping them (ive been playing mind games and id say i would up them but the next day id put them back down to 1200) so here i go! 1500 calories a day for about two weeks!!! excited to see what happens but nervous at the same time! hope i dont gain :) but its okay if i do bceause it'll be better for my metabolism in the long run! i know it. haha

good luck! you definitely have the right mindset!

also if you gain, it won't be enough to really screw you up and since you've waited until you know you can have control over your caloric intake, you can go back down to 1200 no problem :)

Good luck! I had to go through the same thing and still have trouble getting all the calories I'm supposed to BUT it feels soooo much better than starving. 

The way I do it is by eating little healthy things all day long. I pretty much eat constantly, and it's nice. You hardly ever binge that way! So good luck and keep us updated. =]

Good luck also!! Let us know how this goes, im thinking about stopping counting for a week and seeing how it goes as i wanna get my metabolism back on track i just dont wanna end up putting on more weight!

Well i range between 108-109 with the upping cals...before i was 107-108...not too shabby I upping even more too :) ha then bumpin back down after a while...gonna try a long zig zag type diet
