I have a great dislike for salads, a huge one....but everyday my analysis shows that I"m lacking in the fibre department. I dunno if there are people who feel the same way I do..but if there are, could you tell me how you still get the recommended fibre amount.

P.S: I love most fruits esp Grapefruits but I can't stand cherries, blueberries, raspberries.

OK, here's a short list:

beans, tempeh, corn, cabbage, brussel sprouts, potatoes and yams, grainy breads, oatmeal, la tortilla factory tortillas, kashi go lean bars and cereals (several kinds of cereal are good, just check the boxes), barley, some kinds of "vegetarian meats," and lots of fruits.

I hope this helps!  Good luck!  I tend to eat about 1500 calories (or a little less) every day and usually average around 25-30g fiber.

The skin of apples is high in fiber. Also foods such as spinach can help you meet your fiber daily intake.

I eat alot of fruits and veggies as well but my fiber still isn't where it should be so I usually add a half cup of Fiber One to my plain yogurt in the morning and that tends to give me enough fiber for the day.  Also, in Europe All-Bran sells fiber granola bars that have 19% of your daily fiber needs so sometimes if I'm still low I'll grab one of those for my snack.  I entered that food into my tagged items and I get a nutritional grade of A- so it's not too bad for a snack.

Hope this helps!
i mix a serving of all bran cereal into my yogurt everyday... it's 10 grams of fiber per serving! this is a satisfying snack, too, so if at the end of the day you need to boost your fiber intake, have a bowlof cereal with milk or yogurt!
I eat close to 30g of fiber a day, and hardly ever eat salads (and I don't take fibercon or any of that stuff).

Black Beans, baked beans, chick peas, fiber one cereal, OAT BRAN hot cereal (tastes just like cream of wheat, imo).

I also get rye bread or, if I can find it, one of those wheat breads with added fiber.  I found a bread that has 6g of fiber and 130 calories for 2 slices.  that's awesome.

Oh yeah, Taboule (from Near East brand) is a salad made of Bulgar wheat.  Kind of looks like mini pieces of macaroni.  I eat a lot of that.

I think I've eaten 20g of fiber already for breakfast and lunch and didn't really do anythign special.
