Upset Stomach

I'm pretty sure I have the stomach flu. I'm staying home from school tomarrow.

What are some easy foods to eat that won't kill to digest?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I'm a Vegan. If that changes anything. 
Consider water IS your food for now. Or fluid that wont agitate your tummy. May be a gentle tea with honey?

The "BRAT" diet is usually a good bet when your tummy is feeling lousy:  bananas, rice, applesauce, toast.  Basically, just bland stuff without any excess grease, salt, etc.  Tea is good for some people, but for some the acids irritate the stomach.  a peppermint tea can settle nausea sometimes. 

Just be sure to not eat too much at once.  Keep water next to you and take a sip every few minutes, and just a few bites of food at a time [e.g., half a piece of toast, 1/3 of a banana]  As long as it stays down, eat a few more bites 10-20 minutes later.  As you start to feel better, slowly work in a little more substantial foods and eat a little more at a time.
