I have been getting very sick right after I lift. Very sick to my stomach. Feels like I am going to throw up. I am also a little dizzy right after. Like my equalibrium is thrown off. I drink a shake right and I feel alot better. Why is this happining? Am I working out too hard? Can I be getting sick from all the water I drink?

It happens, when you've eaten too close to an intense weight lifting session.
It's why real gyms have puke buckets by the squat rack - if you're in a gym where you're expected and encouraged to lift properly. The lack of a puke bucket is a sign you should look for a better gym :)
It doesn't happen to all lifters - and sometimes it's a problem made worse by electrolyte imbalances. Try having a home-made sports drink with about one eight of a teaspoon of salt in a cup of water about one hour before your workout and see if that helps. Or perhaps a pre-workout shake with some whey protein about half an hour to an hour before your workout - Bodyscience recommends that.

Well, it could be that your blood sugar is doing something it shouldn't. When are you eating? Do you get something in within an hour of working out? Are there certain exercises that you notice make you more sick than others? I know that I feel sick to my stomach if I do too many medicine ball situps. Or it could be that you are getting too hot. My advice would be to make sure you are getting a snack within an hour before lifting (like a slice of peanut butter toast or half a granola bar) and make sure you are drinking enough water during the session. Also, make sure you are breathing right -- you could be holding your breath when you lift, which could cause some of these symptoms. If none of that helps, I would see a doctor because you might have an inner ear infection or other issue.
I usualy eat 30-45 min before a workout. It is usualy breakfast. A shake or eggs.
If your getting sick, it sounds like you're right on track.
PUSH 'TIL YOU PUKE!!!
Yeah, but you could try moving your meal a bit away from your workouts - a lot of lifters tend to feel like crap if they eat closer than two hours to working out.
And leg day is a nightmare if you eat too close to your workout :)

I make sure to wait at least an hour after eating before I try lifting.
I usually eat very benign food before exercising, but I wouldn't just eat a shake or eggs. You need carbs before lifting - oats and brown rice with raisins thrown in seem to go down well for me.
Conversely, I limit how much I take in before cardio. I usually just eat a small protein bar or some granola.
