15 pounds would be soo terrific. I ahve a specific outfit I'd like to wear on Christams day. 15 punds would make it look great :)

Well, I think I'm in a little bit worse shape than you (trying to lose 50 lbs), but I'd be glad to work on the first 15 with you. I'm already calorie-counting and I've been going for walks about five days a week, so I'm feeling pretty motivated. Let me know how you want to work this buddy-system, or just drop me a note at any time.

we have a group in the lounge forum titles 25 pounds or less to lose. you are welcome to join if you all like.
Thanks ladies ,we can do it together.Lets planing exersise one hour everyday (what ever ,walking ,jogging stepping body weight resistance),just to shake ourbodies ,then counting calories and cutting500 daily,and with our daily activities we can reach our goal.weigh day will be mondays.

I am with all of you, also.  I just joined a challenge in the Games & Challenges forum called Holidays Trimming Challenge.  This is for anyone that would like to stay motivated and not gain or even lose pounds during the holidays.

workout for today - 1hr Body combat class (first time so hopefully i make it through the entire class)

4:10 tall-105.5 morning time,107.5evening .

i am 5 2' & 152

today i will do a merenque class (dance) for an hour. it's my day of intense cardio & then i will work on my stomach.
whoah...ghadar i just noticed your weight. you're 4 10" & you want to be 90lbs? i am no doctor but is that healthy?
wait..i just calculated your height & weight & you should be between 91-120 according to your age.

phew...i got scared there for a sec.
well ,I want to be 93 pounds ,four years ago I was that weight ,but I was more active ,I use to run one hour everyday and workout two hours as well,I am trying to go back to my fitness level and weight target with your help mates.

While we're going around with the stats, I guess I'll annouce that I'm 5'7", 185 lbs, trying to be 135. Good luck to everyone.
