how to use weights...

ok so i have been reading other peoples posts about being skinny fat, i think im a good weight of 125 but have a lot of body fat, i know i need to use weights but i dont know how to use them without getting realy muscley, i just want to be toned.

i would use light weights/high reps for muscle tone..but i'm no expert
 You're female. There's no way in h*ll you'll ever grow "too muscly" without using steroids, and even then you'll struggle.

 A drug-free man who trains and eats under strict coaching and never deviates from his nutritional regime can add maybe 18 pounds of muscle in a year - a woman would have to be one of the lucky few to add even half that. 95-98% of women don't have a genetic makeup to do even that much without the use of steroids, and adding four or five pounds of muscle won't make you look like a man.

 So unless you're using illegal drugs you can lift as heavy as you can manage and never worry about it.

 Stumptuous will teach you what you need to know about how to lift. And to look like Mistress Krista you're going to have to hit the weights hard, for years.
