I am so tired of losing the same 10 pounds over and over again. Especially since I have about 165 pounds to lose. My problem is I have 2 very bad knees and I have COPD which makes it hard for me to do anything. I walk on my treadmill for 10 min and then I can't move for 2 days. I bought a dvd called sit and be fit and I am going to do this twice a day and walk on my treadmill for 5 min twice a day and we will see how that goes. When I get bored I eat. Since I can't go out and do things I am in the house all day and I get bored alot. I have gotten back into my cross-stitch and maybe that will help me. So far today I'm doing fine. My bad time of day is in the evening watching tv. I'll let you know tomorrow how it goes tonite.
