Well,I have been sticking to my diet and in the last 2 days I lost 2 pounds. This is when I usually think it's okay to cheat. I'm not going to let myself fall into that same trap. I need to lose weight so I can feel normal. Right now I feel ugly and morbid. I don't feel good most days and I can barely walk. It's getting easier to not snack between meals. I usually have to eat before I go to bed or I can't sleep. I have stopped that too. Well, we'll see what the weekend brings. Later.
