Here are my goals:

BMI - 20

Body Fat - 25%

Weight - whatever it takes to achieve the above. Probably about 9 stone 7. Might get away with 9st 10 iff lucky :)

Not doing too badly at the moment. Have had a couple of good days and feel better for being healthy. Sorry. Healthier.

I am definitely a boredom eater. I'm so bored at work right now I just want to constantly feed stuff into my face.

Oh and I don't understand the burn meter. It is crazy and makes no sense!

Entry New rules for July

Right new rules to stick to this month:

Healthy Breakfast: No ham and cheese croissants, no bacon and egg baguettes from pret. Things allowed - boiled eggs, toast, fruit, bran cereal

Less wine: Wine only allowed with a meal. No drinking for the sake of it.

No Sugar: Well obviously not none at all, but no sweets

No bacon and no ham (sob)

Bring lunch to work to avoid mayonnaisey sandwiches from Pret a Manger.


This is going to be a fun month :)

Well I'm hovering around the 10st7 mark which is a full 10lb off my goal weight. Being honest I am not trying as hard as I could so I think I should be extra good for the month of July to try and hit the 10stone mark for my 30th birthday in August.


Alcohol free week is doing OK - apart from Blip on Tuesday. Will keep trying. I want to see 10st 4lb in 2 weeks time...

This week I am experimenting with tee totalism. Now I like my wine. A little too much to be honest and I've become a little concerned with how much I drink. So this week is no booze week. It is very very possible that I will fall off this particular wagon in no time at all, but think of all the calories I could save!


I am going to a pole dancing class tonight, in a pub. So lets see if I manage not to have a drink...
