Entry I can't make it to the gym--- But I don't need to!

I hate exercising in the sense that it can be boring and I feel stupid standing in front of the TV stretching my legs, but I love the feeling of knowing I did something for my body. So instead of doing specific stretches and calisthenics I clean, practice my music, go out with friends or plan the day out of the house in some way so that I don't get cravings, I get cravings mainly in the night time, I can go the whole day without food and not even realize it until I'm bored and feel like having something to eat, a habit I'm trying to break now. I still do push-ups and situps but I save them for alone exercise. I still need to find a more fun reason for going running, its awful but I don't own an ipod!

What do you find in your life that encourages you to try harder or to have fun while your dieting? And let me know if you go out with your dog (if you own one, of course) for walks in order to get some exercise!

And, besides going to the gym or exercising in a "normal" way like using a home treadmill or weight lifting set or whatever, what exercise do you do to help your diet that can have multipurposes and you have a lot of fun while your doing it? Like how I clean, reorganize shelves or decorate stuff to stay focused/have fun. (I am a MAJOR clean freak Tongue out) and it burns calories too! Cleaning like vaccuming and rearranging furniture can burn just as much as running for the same amount of time! And I always feel good after knowing that my house is a step nicer than it was before and it wasn't a waste of time because the house will be clean until anything happens to make it dirty again, exercising just for the purpose of exercising bothers me because its basically empty time to me, because I could be doing something better, and by what I weigh its not like I need to stay on a extremely strict diet. My main goal is to break some bad habits and maybe get a dress size smaller on the way.
