An EARLY journal post? Huh, wha, why? XD
Rawr. I hurt all over. Soreness, soreness, soreness. My butt hurts from a ****load of stairs that I pretty much spent all day up and down. Then only got 5hrs of sleep.
On another note, Starbucks = Breakfast of Champions!
On another another note, first massive plane ride is coming up. Not first in my life, I just mean first of a series of massive plane rides over the next few months.
Anyways, I got some great suggestion on the forums about food to take on the plane, so this is my little go-to list. Also foods I just want to have on my trip, in case I'm ever in a jam.
- Luna bars (1 case in suitcase, 1 bar in carry-on)
- Justin's PB packs (3 in suitcase, 1 in carry-on)
- TJ's Freeze Dried Strawberry
- TJ's Freeze Dried Mango
- Instant oatmeal packet (1 box in suitcase, 2 packs on plane w/spoon and small cup)
- Clif bars (Okay, with the Lunas I totally didn't need these, but I FOUND HOLIDAY FLAVOURS!! XD 5 in suitcase)
- Almonds (an ounce in carry on)
- Empty bottle in carry on for water
Yeah, so that should be more than enough combined with the fruit and veg and snacks I can pick up in the terminal.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
