All the fantasies become reality!
Well, I'm 22 and 5'4'' and 136 lb. I'm going for 110 lb. I'm a second year grad student. My major is bioinformatics. :)
I am active, run every day and exercise 2-3 day in a week! I'm a vegetarian , and I'd love to help if you need any help!! I'd like to talk and chat!!
Today I started with a very healthy breakfast! I think that breakfast is the main meal! It helps to increase your metabolism and wake up
Also I plan to start to do exercises every morning before breakfast, at least 10 min. It will help a lot to keep fit and in my healthy lifestyle
