			<description>&lt;p&gt;last day of may!!!&amp;nbsp; weiiird.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;400- bfast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;600- lunch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;500- dinner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;total: 1,500-600 calories&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and i ran 41 minutes covering 4.7 miles and thats 500 calories !!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so its about a 800 cal deficit.. wanna lose 10- 15 pounds !! &lt;br /&gt;def 5 by july&lt;/p&gt;
