			<description>&lt;p&gt;Just checked my BMI on http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and at 177lbs I'm at a BMI of 30.4.&amp;nbsp; I'm almost out of the obese category!&amp;nbsp; To be mid normal range I would have to weigh 125.&amp;nbsp; I will still be okay being at 130 but no more than 140lb.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BMI Categories: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Underweight = &amp;lt;18.5&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Overweight = 25-29.9 &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater &lt;/li&gt;
