ok, so here's where i am...
The holidays, being so hard to resist, really discouraged me and caused a slight backslide. In the past it has been very hard to sway me from my normal healthy eating life style. Unfortunately, I found the buffet style family get-togethers hard to overcome and put on 5 pounds.
I have since lost those exra holiday pounds but since the beginning of the new year, i have only been logging on 3-5 times a month. I have been consuming junk food probably twice a week; subsequently, falling into my "team-player" diet profile perfectly. I'm currently trying to get back to my normal obsession and I feel I have finally committed myself to getting back on track with my goal which is so close (12 lbs)
I guess what i'm looking for is a little motivation...
